OUR DNA
The quality of the soil, the care given to the vines, their age, but also the microclimate that nourishes them all year round, protected by our care and expertise, are our raw materials.

Every year, the question remains the same. How will this year's wine turn out? Because wine is always unique, the fruit of nature, the terroir, the weather and our work.
Harvesting at the right time, when the grapes are at their best, and taking care of the bunches until they reach the press, is the first and always essential step.
Our oenologist tastes and analyses each vintage, monitoring it daily to preserve its aromas.
Some of our musts are put into barrels for vinification. Afterwards, our oenologist does a truly creative job of blending them.
The musts are received in the cellar and blended according to their terroirs. In this way, we preserve their specific characteristics, which you will find in your glass.
Certain plots offer aromatic qualities that can be enhanced through careful winemaking. This results in our finest vintages.
