How long does delivery take ?
  • Delivery by Geodis: receive your parcel at home within an average of D+ 3 , D+ 6 depending on the distance.
  • 1 hour after your order at the cellar.

What is the “Click, Buy, Collect” service ?

Our “CLICK, BUY, TAKE AWAY” service enables you to buy on-line at cavepouillysurloire.com and pick up your order directly at the winery.

Can I send someone to collect my order for me ?

Yes, you can send someone to collect the order for you. This person must be of legal age and have in their possession the order confirmation email or availability notification email, or the invoice, as well as a recognised form of ID (driving licence, passport, or any other valid form of photo ID issued by a government authority).

What are the delivery costs ?
  • Delivery by Geodis: €15 (box of 6 bottles 75 cl)
  • Collection from the cellar: free of charge.

When you make your purchase, the delivery costs are calculated.

How can I track my order ?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website. Click on this link – it will allow you to view the tracking number of your parcel as well as the progress of the delivery.

If you have any problems (such as losing your e-mail address), please contact us.

What payment methods are accepted ?
  • By credit card: at the time of purchase, you are redirected to our banking partner (Crédit Agricole Paybox solution) to make your payment in complete security.

How can I place an order ?

Simply add the boxes of wine you want to your basket and follow the ordering process. You will be asked for the information you need to create an account, for billing and shipping. Then simply log in to your account to make your purchases.

How do I know if my order has been processed ?

Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a summary by e-mail. You will then receive another e-mail when your order is dispatched, with a tracking number and a web link to our carrier’s website, enabling you to track your delivery.

How do I know if my order has been shipped ?

You can check the status of your orders by logging into your customer account and going to the “My orders” section.

In addition, our carrier will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed or a text message offering you two delivery dates.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged ?

All items must be checked for completeness on receipt. We invite you to refuse any parcel that appears damaged directly to our carrier. In the event of damage, you have 8 days to inform us in writing. After this period, we will consider the delivery to be in order.

Our carrier, Geodis, is obliged to deliver the parcel to you against your signature. When you receive your parcel, please check its condition and contents. In the event of a problem (broken or missing bottle), refuse your parcel and send us an e-mail to : info@cavespouillysurloire.com.

How long before the wines are ready to drink ?

It is best to leave the bottles to rest for at least 1 or 2 days in a cool place (between 12 and 15°C) before opening them. The recommended ageing time in the cellar is given in the wine description.

Do you deliver outside France ?

We do not deliver abroad for private customers. Professional importers, buying groups and wine merchants can use our Key Accounts and Exports department. (Sales by the pallet). In this case, please go to Professional Contact.

I want to return an item. What should I do ?

If you wish to return all or part of your order within the withdrawal period, or because the product did not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service department using our contact form :

To qualify for a refund, the bottles must be unopened, in perfect condition and in their original carton. A refund by bank transfer will be made within 14 days of receipt of the bottles in perfect condition in the warehouse.

What can I do if the wine is corked ?

Unfortunately, we cannot take back bottles that have been corked. Once a bottle has been opened, it is very difficult to assess how the wine has changed and why. To avoid this type of inconvenience, we pay close attention to the quality of our wines, and the bottling process is carried out by us in order to control it. Samples are taken regularly, and our cellar manager validates each batch before bottling.
