For over 40 years
The excellent reputation of our Cooperative’s products dates back to the early 1970s, when we decided to trust the destiny of our wines to our first oenologist. This was also the beggining of the vinification in our cellars.
The quality improvement of our products took place at the same time than our commercial development, mainly in exports, but was also boosted by the creation of a sales store on the side of the N7 road, that hugely contributed to raise our wines’ profile.
Since then, we’ve continued to work closely with our customers to ensure consistent and growing quality. Over time, our main cuvées, specially Pouilly-Fumé, have become benchmarks for the appellation in terms of the orthodox nature of their production.
In the early 2000s, we set out to develop a flawless service for our professional customers by committing to a quality policy (ISO 9001).
Flexibility
The initiatives on quality that we have been pursuing since the early 2000s, combined with regular and responsible investment programs, allow us to adapt and react quickly when confronting unforeseen events, such as economic downturns or crop failures.
A flawless organisation and a careful selection of supplier partners, based on a shared vision of customer service, enables us to deal with the most unexpected situations.
For our small and medium-sized partners, we have a buffer stock big enough to guarantee that they will receive our products within a maximum of one week.
For larger orders, with customized products, the guaranteed delivery time is less than fifteen working days.
We offer a wide range of options to our high-volume customers, who frequently require a highly personalised packaging for each cuvée. These range from the choice of bottle, to the cork and cap, not to mention the boxes and the size of the pallet.
This wide range of options implies a financial compensation, but it certainly facilitates our partners operations.

Respect for the vines and the terroir
Our Cooperative’s commitment to quality goes far beyond our products themselves, extending to the services we offer our customers, from responding to calls for tenders to delivering our wines to transporters.
Regarding our wines, our work starts before the harvest, when an agricultural engineer who reports to the cooperative’s oenologist inspects the vines.
At this stage, we prepare the reception of the grapes or musts, taking into account all the field surveys information. All incoming batches are systematically validated and analyzed before being placed in vats.
Fermentation routes are mainly dictated by the nature of the terroirs of origin and, if required, by the weather conditions at harvest time.
Since the end of the 1990s, our Cooperative has been promoting environmentally responsible and sustainable viticulture, with an increasing number of Cooperative members who practise organic farming or who are HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) certified.
Also, since the end of the 2000 decade, we hold an ECOCERT certification for all the vinification, packaging and marketing processes of our organically-farmed wines.
Respect for the wine
In 2001, our Cooperative decided to take extra steps in order to enhance its operations quality and the traceability of its wines, taking into account its partners’ opinion. As a result, we were the first winery in the central region to obtain an ISO 9001 certification.
A few years later, in agreement with our customers, mainly Anglo-Saxon and Scandinavian, we embarked on a preventive “sanitary” approach to guarantee, through its procedures and traceability, the production of wines free from any health risk or foreign bodies’s presence. This certification, BRC Food, was maintained until very recently.
We are now working towards a more general certification, based on the FSSC 22000 standard. This certification system guarantees strict management of food safety, with the aim of controlling any danger associated with food production, and of minimizing any related risk.
