Processing natural grapes in accordance with a long tradition is the ‘prerequisite<\/strong>‘ that has enabled our ancestors to cultivate vines for centuries and, we hope, will enable future generations to continue this wonderful vocation of working the vines and making wine.<\/p>\n

At the end of the 90s, together with our partners and co-operators, we set up “circles of progress” on the theme of integrated viticulture. We financed the use of expert advice in this field.<\/p>\n

In the mid-2000s, the cooperative embarked on ECOCERT certification, to support and reward members who opted for organic farming.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We are also continuing trials to develop winemaking and packaging methods that are as respectful of the wine and as natural as possible.<\/p>\n
