destalked and undergoes temperature
controlled fermentation.
Bleeding extraction.
Gentle pressure
The wine is bottled in special
bottle one year after.

Should be served chilled 12°C.

Colour : a ruby colour
Bouquet : red fruits aromas
(raspberry, blackcurrant)
Mouth : soft, light and fresh.
